Terms and Conditions

11.09.2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern access to LeadingEasy, including the teacher app, the student learning world, and related help and marketing sites.

By creating an account, signing in, or using LeadingEasy on behalf of a school or organisation, you agree to these terms. If you use LeadingEasy for an institution, you confirm you are allowed to accept them for that institution.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Teacher and admin accounts are for adults acting for a school, district, or organisation.

Learner accounts are created through a school, an invitation, or a join code. Learners use LeadingEasy under the authority of their institution.

Keep login codes and magic links private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. What LeadingEasy provides

LeadingEasy lets teachers turn their own materials into practice: info pages, quizzes, guided practice, topic chat, study help, discussion, and class analytics.

AI features draft questions, replies, and feedback from the materials you provide. They do not replace the teacher, do not give professional advice, and can be wrong. Teachers remain responsible for what they publish to learners.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use LeadingEasy to:

  • Upload content you do not have the right to use in class.
  • Attempt to access another person’s account, course, or analytics.
  • Interfere with the service, scrape it at scale, or reverse-engineer models.
  • Submit unlawful, harassing, or harmful content.

5. Your content

You keep the rights to teaching materials, names, and other content you upload.

You grant LeadingEasy a licence to host, process, and display that content so the product can run — including generating practice, citations, and analytics for your courses.

When your institution is the data controller, its agreement with LeadingEasy also applies. See the privacy policy for how personal data is processed.

6. Trials, plans, and availability

Teacher trials and organisation licences are described at sign-up or in your contract. A trial can be cancelled at any time before it converts.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features with notice when the change is material to schools.

7. Liability

LeadingEasy is provided as an educational tool. To the extent permitted by Swiss and applicable EU law, we are not liable for lost marks, teaching decisions, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence.

8. Contact

Questions about these terms: info@leadingeasy.com. Data protection: privacy@leadingeasy.com.

Swiss law applies, without prejudice to mandatory protections for consumers or public-sector institutions in their country.
